Views On Learning is pleased to sponsor Bill Chotiner as Keynote Speaker for the 2020 NEBSA Conference.  Bill is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Ericsson North America.  He has extensive experience in strategic planning, networks, telecom, and has been deeply involved in 5G evolution.  Bill has also been working with rural areas, leveraging fixed wireless access to economically reduce the national digital divide.

His address touched on the various technologies, challenges, and spectrum requirements needed to deploy 5G wireless services throughout the country.
