
Views On Learning Announces 2019 Grant Recipients

The Views On Learning Board of Directors has announced the Technology Innovation Grants for Educational Resources award recipients for 2019. Annually, VOL awards up to $250,000 in grants to schools in our 23 Educational Broadband Service (EBS) areas. Accredited schools may apply for up to $25,000 (based on enrollment) for innovative technology to be used for student instruction.
The following schools/districts have been awarded grants during this cycle:

Triton School Corp | Bourbon, IN | K-1 One-to-one Devices/Hotspots | $18,358 |
Fort Myers Christian School | Fort Myers, FL | Computer Upgrades | $15,000 |
St Matthew Cathedral School | South Bend, IN | K-8 Interactive Displays | $$14,800 |
Martin Luther Grammar School | Sheridan, WY | Library Automation and Bldg Security | $7,500 |
Total Awards for Spring 2019 | $154,015 |
The annual grant application window is open each year beginning April 1st through May 15th. Grants are typically awarded by May 31st. (Editors note: Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the 2020 grant application window has been extended to June 15). Additional grant application opportunities may be made available as funding permits.
